According to the report by Atakan Irmak from Sabah, Kalben's friend Pamela Bringino was first assaulted by her boyfriend, Alper E. Alper E. did not stop there and subsequently threatened Pamela Bringino with a weapon as well.
Upon learning of her friend's situation, Kalben went to the scene and took Pamela Bringino to the hospital. Following the examinations, Bringino received an assault report.
Following the complaint filed by Bringino, an indictment was prepared against the man named Alper E. In the resulting case, it was decided that Kalben would also be heard as a witness. However, Kalben could not attend the hearing due to her concert.
