Foreign Ministry: We condemn Israel's attack on the Hamas negotiation delegation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued the following statement regarding the attack carried out by Israel against Hamas officials in Qatar:

"We condemn the attack carried out by Israel against the Hamas negotiation delegation in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

The targeting of the Hamas negotiation delegation while ceasefire negotiations are ongoing demonstrates that Israel does not aim to achieve peace, but rather to continue the war.

With this attack, Qatar, which mediates the ceasefire negotiations, has been added to the list of countries targeted by Israel in the region. This situation is clear evidence of Israel's expansionist policy in the region and its adoption of terrorism as a state policy.

We stand with Qatar in the face of this despicable attack that targets its sovereignty and security.

We reiterate our call for the international community to exert pressure to stop Israel's ongoing aggression in Palestine and the region."
