Forest fire in Bursa captured from the city center
The fire that broke out in the forested area between the Kestel and Gürsu districts grew during the night due to the wind. As darkness fell over the city, the flames of the fire were captured from many points.

While numerous water tenders, fire trucks, and riot control vehicles (TOMA) are intervening from the ground against the flames in the forested area between Bursa's Kestel and Gürsu districts, many citizens and personnel are supporting the extinguishing efforts.
While the villages of Karahıdır and İğdir were evacuated as a precaution, the flames illuminating the darkness of the night were also visible from many parts of the city.
