After ending her refereeing career in football, Karaarslan began to be active on social media platforms and attracted the attention of a large following with her earnings in this field. It was known that she reached thousands of people by producing content specifically for subscribers on Instagram and working through a subscription system.
It had been alleged that Karaarslan, who previously worked as a footballer and referee, had approximately 23 thousand subscribers and earned an average of 2 dollars per subscriber. As a result, it had become a topic of discussion among social media users that her monthly earnings had reached the level of 2.2 million TL.
It was reported that in the operation launched, some social media influencers, including Karaarslan, were detained by law enforcement to have their statements taken.
