Founder of 'Faladdin' and 'Binnaz' arrested
Sertaç Taşdelen, the founder of the mobile applications and websites "Faladdin" and "Binnaz," whose bank accounts and assets were seized as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, has been arrested.

An investigation was launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to apprehend the suspect who provided services in various fields such as fortune-telling, astrology, spiritualism, mediumship, and star charts through the mobile applications "Faladdin" and "Binnaz" and their associated websites, where payments were processed.
Within the scope of the investigation, based on the report from the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) regarding proceeds of crime, the report from the Ministry of Trade's Advertising Board, and an expert report, the bank accounts, assets held in electronic money institutions, vehicles, marine vessels, and partnership shares in Arteria Yazılım A.Ş. belonging to the suspect Sertaç Taşdelen—who was found to be providing fortune-telling services and generating criminal income by establishing an information system for this purpose, and transferring these proceeds abroad—were seized by the decision of the Criminal Judgeship of Peace.
Sertaç Taşdelen, who was taken into custody, was referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for his arrest on charges of 'laundering assets derived from crime' following his interrogation at the prosecutor's office. The Criminal Judgeship of Peace ordered Taşdelen's arrest.
