"ALL THE VEHICLES ARE DEFECTIVE"
Ebru Heper's uncle, Tuncay Bıkmaz, said, "It happened around 16:00, we were informed later. When we went to the scene, we learned that our niece had lost her life. She worked in vehicle insurance. The vehicles need to be strictly inspected. Nine other people have lost their lives before this. All the vehicles are broken, not just one. There is no maintenance at all. I also reside in Esenyurt and I am a tradesman. I travel by metrobus many times. Every time I go, I look at the front panels of the vehicles; they are all defective. I bring this up to the drivers, and they say, 'We are workers, we cannot intervene.' They say, 'You should report it to the necessary authorities.' We report it, but we receive no attention."
