“Approximately 9 months have passed since the loss. The first of these cases was a lawsuit opened regarding the intentional murder of a child by two defendants. Even though we presented all the data showing that two defendants committed the crime of intentional murder and the other defendants assisted them, a 24-year prison sentence was given for two defendants, while release decisions were given for the other two defendants who were clearly involved in the incident. This verdict is a verdict that will not satisfy the national conscience. The acquittal decisions are not legally acceptable.”
