It has been stated that Dilan and Engin Polat, who are being tried on charges of money laundering and tax evasion and whose companies have had trustees appointed to them, have returned to the beauty sector under a new name.

Following the release of the couple, who have been on the public agenda for a long time, it has been stated that they have established a new beauty center network under the name "Dermavise".

TRANSITION FROM OLD BRAND TO NEW NAME

It has been noted that Dilan Polat, who previously operated in the medical aesthetics sector with 115 branches, changed the name of her former center in Beykoz Kavacık to "Dermavise".

According to information obtained by Halktv from three different sources, the signs at this center were changed, but it is alleged that the management remains with the same individuals.

BACK IN THE SECTOR WITH 32 BRANCHES

Dilan and Engin Polat announced their return to the sector in a flashy manner by sharing the opening of their new beauty center, which they held on February 27, on their social media accounts. It is stated that there are currently 32 branches across Turkey under the Dermavise brand.

According to official records in the Trade Registry Gazette, the owner of GKE Online İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which is thought to be linked to the Polat couple's new venture, appears to be Erdem Saruhan.

The company's capital was set at 1 million TL and all shares are registered in Saruhan's name.

Erdem Saruhan previously served as the general manager of the cosmetics firm Rise and Shine, which belonged to the Polat couple, and was involved in the management of the company to which a trustee was appointed. This situation has strengthened the allegations that the real owners of Dermavise could be the Polat couple.
