STATEMENT FROM EGO
The EGO General Directorate, the unit responsible for urban transportation under the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, issued a statement via its social media account.
The statement included the following remarks;
"Dear citizens, as of 08:45 on 05.12.24, services on the Ankaray line have been temporarily suspended due to an unauthorized entry onto the tracks. To ensure our citizens do not experience any inconvenience, transportation will be provided via ring buses. Our efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and resume services are ongoing. Respectfully announced to the public."
