Yarkadaş stated that there is an attempt to manipulate public opinion with a framework text sent to provincial presidencies to create an anti-Kılıçdaroğlu atmosphere.

According to Yarkadaş's claim, there is a framework text sent by the CHP Headquarters to the provincial presidencies. This text targets the party's 7th Chairman, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.

Stating that the texts will be developed by the provincial presidencies and shared with the public one after another, Yarkadaş expressed that the goal is to create an anti-Kılıçdaroğlu public sentiment through this method.

Barış Yarkadaş claimed that the ultimate goal of this process is to expel Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu from the party. Yarkadaş signaled that the crisis within the CHP would deepen further by saying, "The Headquarters will press the button to expel Kılıçdaroğlu."
