Muhammed Emin Pencweni, known for his proximity to the PKK terrorist organization, attributed this claim to DEM Party MP Pervin Buldan.
In his statement, Muhammed Emin Pencweni noted that Pervin Buldan told him that Öcalan's morale is high and his health is good. Pencweni stated, "Pervin Buldan told me that Öcalan is optimistic about the peace process and that he will soon inform Qandil via a letter."

Pencweni also conveyed that Pervin Buldan and a delegation from the DEM Party will visit the region in the near future to hold meetings with political party leaders. He added, "They will also visit me after the meetings."
