ERDOĞAN'S MESSAGE THAT "PARTICIPATION WILL CONTINUE"
President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated in a recent address, "I believe that participation will continue in the coming period as well."
Erdoğan also added, "These participations have once again shown that the AK Party and the People's Alliance will continue on their path by growing stronger."
Coşkun wrote that following these words from Erdoğan, new names have begun to be discussed in the corridors of power.
Can Coşkun recalled that previously, assessments were made to "pay attention to the Aegean Region" and that some names had come to the agenda in that context. Now, he reported that sources are saying, "The Mediterranean Region is active, we need to look there."
Writing that it is being discussed in the corridors that the AKP is turning more toward non-partisan figures this time rather than the CHP, Coşkun stated that television personalities and former athletes or administrators are expected to join the party in the new period.
Coşkun recalled previous party switches with the phrase "the transfers I have been writing about for months and which have appeared one by one," and emphasized that Erdoğan's words indicate that the process will continue.
