As part of an ongoing drug investigation, the testimony given to the prosecutor's office by Zohaer Majhadi, the director of Les Benjamin's who was arrested on charges of "facilitating the use of narcotic substances" and "prostitution," has been added to the case file.

According to a report by Sabah, Majhadi confirmed the drug parties, which he claimed were held every 15 days at the Bosphorus mansion of fugitive businessman Kasım Garipoğlu.

In his testimony, Majhadi stated that he knew Kasım Garipoğlu, businessman Burak Ateş, and Şeyma Subaşı, and regarding these individuals, he said, "These people use narcotic substances. They organize parties with participants from many countries around the world."

Les Benjamin's brand director Zohaer Majhadi began his defense by saying, "I did not sell to anyone; they were my friends."

Stating that he has lived in Turkey for approximately 12 years, Majhadi defended himself with the following words:

"I don't have time for such things; I am a hard worker. I am someone who represents Turkish culture. I respect women," and he denied the accusations directed at him.

Majhadi's lawyer, meanwhile, claimed that his client has serious health problems. Cengiz Can Atasoy, the operator of Suma Han, whose testimony is also in the file, said, "In my statement, I admitted that I am a user. Perhaps it was for the best that I used it."

In the defense submitted through her lawyer, Miss Turkey contestant Buse İskenderoğlu stated that the people organizing the drug parties were well-known figures.

İskenderoğlu noted that some individuals who make a living in this circle feel compelled to appear at such events in order to maintain their professional relationships in the industry.

She pointed out that these individuals are forced to be present in such environments in order to maintain their connections and keep their contacts.
