INDICTMENT PREPARATIONS HAVE BEGUN
According to journalist Tolga Şardan from T24, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has officially begun drafting the indictment.
The report on digital materials, which will form the basis of the indictment, was delivered to the prosecutor's office by the Cyber Crimes Investigation Branch of the Istanbul Police Department last week.
Pointing out that the judicial recess will begin on July 20, Şardan stated that the completion of the indictment would likely remain until after the recess. In his column for T24, Şardan stated the following:
"An important stage has been reached in the IMM investigation, the first phase of which was initiated on March 19. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, which is conducting the investigation, has begun writing the indictment.
The report on digital materials, which will serve as the basis for the indictment, was delivered to the prosecutor's office last week by the Cyber Crimes Investigation Branch within the Istanbul Police Department.
