Ece Gürel's definitive cause of death has been determined! Health Minister announced

36-year-old landscape architect Ece Gürel, who went missing in Istanbul's Belgrade Forest and was found injured 4 days later, passed away despite all interventions at the hospital where she was receiving treatment.

Making a statement regarding the incident that has dominated Turkey's agenda, Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu announced that Ece Gürel's cause of death was hypothermia.

"SHE HAD SEVERE HYPOTHERMIA"

In his statement on the matter, Minister Memişoğlu said, "May God have mercy on her. We lost architect Ece at 3 AM. She had severe hypothermia. Despite all our efforts, we could not save her. It is a painful event. I wish patience for her family."

COULD NOT BE RESUSCITATED

It was determined that Gürel suffered from hypothermia due to being exposed to the cold for a long time, and her heart had stopped for a period during her treatment. After the intervention of doctors, Gürel was resuscitated and was intubated and taken to the intensive care unit.

It was learned that Gürel's heart stopped for a second time at midnight and she passed away despite the interventions performed.

HER DISAPPEARANCE IS FULL OF MYSTERIES

Following Ece's death, striking allegations were raised regarding her disappearance. According to information provided by her relatives, Gürel was interested in tarot readings, meditation, and spiritual matters.

It was even alleged that she was interested in a New Age cult that has spiritual and mystical characteristics and includes mass meditation.

It was also learned that Gürel had 2 different Instagram accounts, one being her personal account and the other focused on fortune-telling.

It was alleged that users asked questions on this account, requested that their affairs go well, and paid for fortune-telling and lead pouring rituals.
