Akın was questioned regarding allegations concerning his residence located in the Bosphorus coastal zone and certain lands belonging to Fenerbahçe.
“Ertan Yıldız STAYED AT A HOTEL AND PAID HIS OWN BILL”
Confessions included in the investigation file stated, "Ertan Yıldız follows Hamdi Akın's business affairs at the IMM and stays at Hamdi Akın's apartment in Bodrum."
Akın stated that these allegations do not reflect the truth, noting that the place where Ertan Yıldız stayed in Bodrum was a hotel and that he paid for his own accommodation.
“İMAMOĞLU” QUESTION FROM THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
The most striking among the questions directed at Hamdi Akın concerned Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.
The question posed by the prosecutor's office included the following: "What are your explanations regarding your associations with other organization members with whom you have common base station and contact records, within the scope of the criminal organization established by Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is the leader of the organization operating within the scope of the investigation file?"
It was noted that the phrase "criminal organization leader" was used in reference to Ekrem İmamoğlu in an investigation file for which the indictment has not yet been completed and which has not reached the judicial stage.
