Nefes columnist Aytunç Erkin brought to the agenda the angry statements of a figure close to the government in the corridors of Ankara. According to Erkin, this person made harsh criticisms of the cabinet in light of recent developments.
"Actually, the cabinet is falling apart completely. There will be a cabinet revision in the process," said the figure, who reportedly expressed their discomfort especially after the tragedy in Bolu.
The debates that began after President Erdoğan gave a message of change within the party following the local elections have brought rumors of a cabinet revision back to the agenda. Erkin stated that these comments indicate a reshaping of internal dynamics within the AKP.

Erkin shared the conversation he had with the figure close to the AKP as follows;
“The Balıkesir explosion happened at 8 AM. The Minister of Interior did not even cancel his television program on Anadolu Agency. He had his breakfast, went on television, and talked about the peace of the country and so on. Then, as if that wasn't enough, he insisted on a private jet. How can the Minister of Interior go to the scene seven hours later? Okay, you imposed a broadcast ban, but why aren't you clearly informing the public?
