Fire at primary school causes panic: Students evacuated
A fire that broke out in an electrical panel at Toptepe Primary School in the Canik district of Samsun caused panic. Students were evacuated through the quick intervention of teachers, while fire crews responded to the blaze and cleared the smoke from the school. Following the incident, parents flocked to the school, and some took their children home.

The fire occurred at Toptepe Primary School, located in the Toptepe neighborhood of Samsun's Canik district.
According to the information obtained, school staff noticed the fire originating from an electrical panel inside the school and reported it to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Numerous fire, police, and ambulance units were dispatched to the school. As smoke filled the building, fear and panic ensued.
Teachers quickly evacuated the students from their classrooms and gathered them in a safe area outside the school.
Teams from the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department intervened and extinguished the fire in a short time, while the smoke inside the school was cleared by the firefighters.
Upon hearing the news, parents rushed to the school. Some parents picked up their children and took them home.
As the fire crews who intervened in the blaze left the school, the students applauded and waved goodbye to them.
