Flash poll following the terrorist organization PKK's dissolution decision! How do citizens view the reconciliation process?

In the new reconciliation process, of which MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli is the architect and which the government has named 'Terror-Free Turkey,' the terrorist organization PKK announced that it had decided to dissolve itself and lay down its arms.

ASAL Research investigated citizens' perspectives on the new reconciliation process following the terrorist organization's decision.

In the survey conducted in 26 provinces between May 10-14, participants were asked, "How successful do you find the policy pursued by the government regarding the PKK's decision to lay down arms?"

THE RESULTS OF THE POLL ARE AS FOLLOWS;

Those who find it successful: 49.8%

Those who find it partially successful: 22.1%

Those who find it unsuccessful: 19.7%

No opinion/no response: 8.4%

HALF OF SOCIETY FINDS IT "SUCCESSFUL"

According to the results, approximately half of society evaluates the process pursued by the government as "successful." When combined with those who find it partially successful, this rate rises above 70%, while the rate of those who find it unsuccessful remained below 20%.
