Hande Erçel's testimony in drug investigation revealed: She responded to the Bebek Hotel question

As part of the "drug" investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office targeting famous figures, the testimony given by actress Hande Erçel to the prosecutor's office has been leaked to the public.

It was learned that the detention warrant previously issued for Erçel, who was abroad, was converted into an arrest warrant, and she gave her statement to the prosecutor's office after returning to Istanbul.

RELEASED AFTER TESTIMONY

After arriving at the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan, Hande Erçel met with the prosecutor and was referred to the Council of Forensic Medicine for a drug test following her statement. After the tests were completed, Erçel was released.

In her statement, Erçel made explanations regarding some of the venues mentioned in the file. She stated that she only went to the restaurant section of the Bebek Hotel for business meetings.

Erçel said, "I am still continuing my education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Apart from that, I am involved in acting. Among the venues mentioned in the file, I only went to the restaurant section of the Bebek Hotel a few times to conduct business meetings. I do not have a nightlife," she said.

Erçel emphasized that she does not engage in nightlife due to her busy work schedule and that she has no connection to the parties and events reported in the press.

The famous actress denied the allegations, saying, "I have not attended any private parties reported in the press that were allegedly organized by certain businessmen. I have never heard of such events and have never received any invitations. I do not know the people mentioned in the file."

Hande Erçel stated that she has never used drugs or stimulants at any point in her life.

Erçel stated, "I pay attention to healthy living, also because of my profession. I have never seen Hakan Sabancı use drugs or stimulants either. I have been on screen for about 13 years; I am aware that I have an influence on a large audience and I have always tried to be a role model. It has saddened me to have my name mentioned in such a file; I do not accept the accusations leveled against me."
