Sırrı Süreyya Önder, Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) and DEM Party Istanbul MP, who suffered a heart attack in recent days, was rushed to the hospital on the evening of April 15 and underwent emergency surgery.
Önder's health condition is being closely monitored after he was admitted to the intensive care unit following the 12-hour critical surgery.
