Following the arrest of IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu on charges of 'corruption', public opinion research companies have accelerated their polling efforts.
The results of the poll conducted by Ser Araştırma with 2,000 people in 26 provinces between March 24-27 have emerged. In the poll, participants were asked the question, "If there were a general election this Sunday, which party would you vote for?"
According to the poll results, while the CHP's voter support last month was 30.4 percent, it saw an increase of 3.4 percent. A decline was observed in the AKP and MHP.
The poll results are as follows:
CHP: 33.8 percent
AKP: 30.2 percent
DEM Party: 10.4 percent
MHP: 7.5 percent
Victory Party (Zafer Partisi): 6.4 percent
New Welfare Party (Yeniden Refah Partisi): 5.9 percent
İYİ Party: 2.4 percent
Workers' Party of Turkey (Türkiye İşçi Partisi): 1.6 percent
Other: 1.8 percent
