Important detail in the additional expert report regarding Güllü's death! It does not contradict the witness statement

The investigation into the death of Güllü (Gül Tut), a well-known name in the arabesque world, who lost her life after falling from a window, is deepening. The supplementary expert report prepared noted that the artist was on her back while falling and that there is a possibility of a fall caused by an external force.

It was stated that the report does not technically contradict the "murder" claim made by witness Sultan Nur Ulu.

SULTAN NUR ULU'S "MURDER" CLAIM

Sultan Nur Ulu, a friend of Güllü's daughter Tuğyan Gülter, had claimed that the incident was a murder. In her statement, Ulu alleged that Güllü was thrown from the window by her daughter Tuğyan, who held her by the legs.

The prosecutor's office, evaluating Sultan's statement and the technical data in the expert report together, decided that both accounts do not contradict each other.

In the supplementary expert report submitted to the prosecutor's office, it was determined that Güllü did not fall while looking out of the window, but fell on her back. This situation reveals that the incident may have occurred due to an "external force."

It was noted that these findings do not contradict Sultan Nur Ulu's statement that "Güllü was facing the window at the moment she was pushed."

The report states that Güllü may have reflexively turned herself toward the room while being held by her legs from behind and tried to hold onto the window edge. It was emphasized that this movement should be evaluated as a defensive reflex by Güllü. Güllü's effort to hold onto the window edge is described as a natural reaction at the moment of the fall.

Although it is stated that the supplementary expert report and witness statements were evaluated together within the scope of the investigation and that both accounts do not contradict each other, developments that will clarify the course of the incident are expected to be revealed in the coming days.
