FEUD BETWEEN BROTHERS OVER COMPANIES

The case file was formed by the merger of two separate lawsuit files. One of the cases filed by Erol Ticaret was against the "Çorum Semerkand Volunteers Association" formed by sect supporters, and the other was against a company named "MNG Organization Livestock Food Textile Ltd. Co."

While it was stated that MNG Organization is also linked to Mübarek and Fettah Elhüseyni, it was noted that the lawsuit was filed on the grounds that the building was initially rented but no rent payments were made.
