WHO IS NEDİM TÜRKMEN?

Nedim Türkmen was born on May 1, 1966, in Ordu. He graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Ankara University.

He completed his master's and doctorate at the same university. He taught finance and tax law courses at Ankara University. Türkmen, who had been teaching Public Finance courses at the Marmara University School of Banking and Insurance since 2004, was a father of three.

Elected as the President of Orduspor Club with 116 votes at the Orduspor congress held on June 1, 2009, Türkmen was the person who ended Orduspor's 26-year longing for the Süper Lig two years after taking office. He had drawn attention by bringing the world-famous coach Hector Cuper to lead Orduspor.
