Major fraud at Yunus Emre Foundation: Names of AKP and MHP figures also mentioned!

CHP Deputy Chairman Deniz Yavuzyılmaz announced that a total of 43 million TL in corruption has been detected in 61 tenders held at the Yunus Emre Foundation in the last five months.
Yavuzyılmaz's post on his social media account includes the following statements:
-Organized business! We have determined that corruption took place in 61 tenders won in 5 months by an organization company called Anka Kongre Turizm at the Yunus Emre Foundation, which the AK Party has wrapped its tentacles around like an octopus. Corruption amount: 1 million 120 thousand 38 Dollars.
-At the current exchange rate: 43 million 457 thousand TL. The file also mentions the names of an AK Party Minister, an MHP executive, and their family members.
-According to the investigation conducted by the inspectors of the General Directorate of Foundations Inspection Board: It is determined that the procurement files for the tenders were fabricated or staged from start to finish, the bidding processes were carried out for show, market research was unrealistic, procurement processes were conducted in favor of a specific firm, the firm that won 61 tenders in 5 months had only one employee, its office was a Virtual Office, companies belonging to the same person submitted bids for the same tender, fake bid documents were prepared in the names of third-party firms entering the tender, tender processes were manipulated, unfair gains were obtained, procurement processes were rigged, fake service performance reports were prepared, foundation resources were consciously and systematically harmed, and in this direction, the individuals who signed the procurement documents and bank payment instructions, as well as the company official, obtained benefits for themselves and/or others.
-Those who signed the procurement approval documents and market research reports: Institute President Şeref Ateş (fugitive), Vice President Rahmi Göktaş (at large), Department Head Murat Çakır (arrested). These individuals also served on the procurement commission.
-Those who issued bank payment instructions from the foundation to the company: Institute President Şeref Ateş (fugitive), Vice President Kutalmış Yalçın (at large), Department Head Safiye Yurduseven (arrested)
