In the trial regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran in Diyarbakır, 3 defendants held in custody were sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment, and Nevzat Bahtiyar was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison.
CNN TÜRK Istanbul News Director Nihat Uludağ's statements are as follows:
A verdict has been reached in the Narin Güran murder trial, but unfortunately, the mystery of the murder has not been revealed. We still do not know who the killer is. We do not know the motive for the murder.
Nevzat Bahtiyar's lawyer, Ali Eryılmaz, has been making interesting social media posts in recent days, leaving questions in people's minds.
Lawyer Eryılmaz used the phrases, 'Chilling fingers touching cold stones, a soul hanging in the pine-scented air, two silhouettes trembling in the dark mirror of the water.' Nevzat Bahtiyar had buried Narin Güran in the stream. Lawyer Eryılmaz mentions two other people.
Who could they be? There are interesting clues here. Bahtiyar said he placed a stone on Narin Güran's lifeless body. During the investigation on the day of the incident, 3 more stones were found. Who put those stones there?
It was learned that brushwood was also placed on top later.
We understand that the lawyer has information about certain matters but cannot state them directly.
The lawyer says, 'The body buried in the silence of the stream, two cold witnesses left upon it.' Who are the witnesses? Is he pointing to Salim Güran's worker? He has given a clue about the murder.
Bloodstains were important in the investigation. Teams worked on blood samples found near the Güran family's house. It had been determined that it was human blood.
WHOSE DNA IS ON ENES GÜRAN'S TROUSERS?
DNA traces belonging to more than one person were found on Enes's trousers. Fine, this mixture of DNA is present on Enes. But whose do the others belong to? There are very mysterious areas in the Narin Güran murder. The court will announce its reasoned decision within 1 month.
Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's central Bağlar district, was found dead in the Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8.
