However, another very important finding that will fundamentally affect the appellate and Court of Cassation process has taken its place among the court's evidence folders.
91 SAMPLES WERE TAKEN
On the day Narin's body was found, before the autopsy procedure began at the Diyarbakır Council of Forensic Medicine Group Presidency, 91 samples were taken from her body during the external examination and sent to the Istanbul Council of Forensic Medicine.
HEMORRHAGE DETECTED IN LYMPH NODES
While these samples were being taken and the external examination was being performed, forensic experts conducted a microscopic examination regarding the redness on Narin's throat for pathological analysis. During this examination, it was determined that there was hemorrhage in the lymph nodes in the neck area.
Along with the hemorrhage observed in the inner region of the lymph nodes, the forensic medicine report could not determine whether the young girl was strangled by hand or with the help of a rope or wire. According to the pathology results, it was stated that the conclusion and opinion were reached that she died of suffocation resulting from the hemorrhage observed due to pressure on the lymph nodes in the neck muscles.
According to the pathological report filed by the forensic experts, it was reported that the hemorrhage occurred as a result of severe pressure.
