New poll results are in! Bad news for Erdoğan: He loses to every candidate
The latest poll by GÜNDEMAR Research shows that Özgür Özel, Mansur Yavaş, and Ekrem İmamoğlu have moved ahead of President Erdoğan. While the rise of the CHP draws attention, the AKP's vote share is declining.

GÜNDEMAR Research has announced the results of a poll conducted between August 20-26, 2025, with 2,225 participants from 60 provinces.
CHP IS RISING, AKP IS DECLINING
According to the poll results, the CHP has risen to the position of the leading party, receiving 35.42 percent of the votes. The AKP placed second with a vote share of 30.18 percent. The poll showed that President Erdoğan would not be able to defeat his rivals in a potential presidential election.
The responses given to the question posed to voters, "If there were a parliamentary election this Sunday, which political party would you vote for?" are as follows:
CHP: 35.42%
AKP: 30.18%
DEM Party: 8.26%
Victory Party: 6.57%
MHP: 6.32%
İYİ Party: 4.13%
New Welfare Party: 3.34%
Other Parties: 2.64%
Key Party: 1.62%
Workers' Party of Turkey: 1.53%
In a presidential election, Ekrem İmamoğlu would surpass President Erdoğan with 55.29 percent of the vote, while Erdoğan's vote share would remain at 44.71 percent.
It was observed that Mansur Yavaş would move ahead of President Erdoğan by a large margin. Yavaş would leave Erdoğan behind with 58.78 percent of the vote compared to 41.22 percent.
ÖZGÜR ÖZEL ALSO LEAVES ERDOĞAN BEHIND
It was observed that Özgür Özel would be the winning side in an election race against President Erdoğan. Özel would win the election by surpassing Erdoğan with 51.54 percent of the vote compared to 48.46 percent.
