New statement from Ayşe Barım's lawyer! New recordings revealed: 'In our favor'
Okan Kadir Bektaşoğlu, the lawyer for talent manager Ayşe Barım, who was arrested as part of the Gezi investigation, stated that the accusations against his client are baseless and that the recording in the Gezi file is in Barım's favor. While reactions continue regarding the arrest of ID İletişim founder and talent manager Ayşe Barım on charges of being one of the "planners" of the Gezi Resistance and "attempting to overthrow the government of the Republic of Turkey or prevent it from performing its duties," Barım's lawyer, Okan Kadir Bektaşoğlu, has issued a statement.
Speaking to T24 columnist Candan Yıldız, lawyer Bektaşoğlu said, "The accusations cannot be substantiated. Because there is a confidentiality order on the file, we do not know exactly what is in it. There is mention of a wiretap in the Gezi file. That wiretap is actually in Ayşe Barım's favor..."
Lawyer Okan Kadir Bektaşoğlu provided the following information:

She is talking to someone. In it, she says, 'Come here, it will harm your career. Don't do it.' Furthermore, Ayşe Barım was not the manager of the artists mentioned during the Gezi period."
