Operation at Bayrampaşa Municipality... 48 detainees identified: MHP member on the list draws attention

As part of an investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, detention warrants were issued for 48 people regarding Bayrampaşa Municipality.
Teams from the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Investigation Branch conducted a simultaneous operation in the morning, detaining numerous individuals, including Bayrampaşa Mayor Hasan Mutlu.
SEARCHES CONDUCTED AT 72 ADDRESSES
Searches were carried out at a total of 72 addresses, including the homes and workplaces of the individuals for whom detention warrants were issued. It was stated that the operation is being conducted over certain tenders and business relationships within the municipality. The details of the operation are based on allegations of corruption and irregularities.
