There is activity in political circles ahead of the 38th Ordinary Congress case of the Republican People's Party (CHP), which will be heard on October 24. It is being evaluated within the party that potential rulings from the court could reshape the management balance.

FOUR DIFFERENT SCENARIOS ON THE TABLE

It is stated that there are four possibilities before the court in the judicial process.

These possibilities include;

The Özgür Özel administration being declared invalid with a ruling of "absolute nullity" and the former administration led by Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu being reinstated,

The appointment of a trustee to the current administration, as was the case in the Istanbul Provincial Presidency lawsuit,

The hearing being postponed again, or

The options of the congress being cancelled.

While discussions regarding the court's decision continue, Berhan Şimşek, one of the figures close to former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, made important assessments during a live broadcast.

Stating that they would act together with Kılıçdaroğlu following a possible "absolute nullity" ruling, Berhan Şimşek used the following expressions:

"I am a member of the Party Assembly. When there is absolute nullity, we will act together with Mr. Kemal. Mr. Kemal has been treated unfairly."

Drawing attention to the uncertainties within the party, Şimşek said, "The problem here is that people are reading tea leaves. An atmosphere of expectation has formed regarding whether it will happen or not. A clear decision must be made on the 24th. The CHP has also lost its energy."
