Selen Görgüzel's statement to the prosecutor revealed: She named Emel Müftüoğlu!

Celebrity Selen Görgüzel has made headlines following her testimony to the prosecutor after being detained as part of a drug investigation conducted in Istanbul.

While providing explanations regarding a photograph taken on a private jet shown to her by the prosecutor, Görgüzel claimed that she participated in the trip in question at the direction of Emel Müftüoğlu.

Görgüzel’s statements have occupied an important place in the file handled by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, Bureau of Investigation for Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes.

Claiming that Müftüoğlu received casino chips from Murat Gülibrahimoğlu during the gambling vacation in Northern Cyprus, Görgüzel stated that Müftüoğlu and Gülibrahimoğlu played high-stakes gambling during this meeting.

Stating that other women were also present in the environment where gambling took place and that she did not remember their names, Görgüzel said, 'There were some people on our vacation whose names I cannot recall right now. An incident I remember from this vacation is that Gülibrahimoğlu and the girls with him went into a private room and continued to gamble. I did not encourage anyone into prostitution on the vacation. Emel Müftüoğlu may have earned money through me, but I did not receive money from this person. I learned much later that the plane I boarded on the return trip was the private jet used by Ekrem İmamoğlu. If I had known that this plane was İmamoğlu’s private jet, I would not have used it.'

Responding to a question during the prosecutor’s interrogation regarding the use of narcotics on the plane, Görgüzel used the expression, 'I absolutely did not use drugs on this plane.' Furthermore, pointing out that some young women were moving frequently in the back section of the plane, Görgüzel stated that she warned them by saying, 'Isn't it a shame, you are letting yourselves be used,' and maintained that she had no information regarding who had sent the women on the plane.

It is known that some suspects for whom arrest was requested as part of the investigation have been referred to the courthouse, while judicial control measures have been applied to other names. While Görgüzel and another individual were subjected to judicial control measures by the court, an arrest warrant was issued for three suspects.
