According to the latest forecasts by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country overall is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent precipitation expected in Marmara, the Aegean, the Western Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the Western and Central Black Sea, the southwest of Eastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Giresun, Trabzon, Hatay, Osmaniye, and Maraş.

The precipitation is expected to be generally in the form of rain and showers, and sleet and snow in Thrace, the interior parts of the Western and Central Black Sea, the high altitudes of Central Anatolia, and the southwest of Eastern Anatolia. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the eastern districts of Antalya during the noon hours.

AIR TEMPERATURE: Air temperatures are expected to be 2-4 degrees below seasonal norms in Thrace, around seasonal norms on the northern coasts of the country, and 3-6 degrees above seasonal norms in other places.

WIND: The wind is expected to blow from southerly directions, and from northerly and northeasterly directions in Marmara, the Black Sea, and the North Aegean, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) on the coasts of Marmara and the North Aegean.
