Support payments for public transport vehicles increased
Income support payments made to owners of public transport vehicles that provide free services to the elderly, relatives of martyrs, and veterans have been increased. With the new regulation, the monthly support payment made to public transport vehicle owners in metropolitan cities has risen from 4,500 Turkish Liras to 6,210 Turkish Liras. In other provinces, the payment amount has been increased to 3,726 Turkish Liras.

Income support payments for owners of public transport vehicles that provide free service to the elderly, relatives of martyrs, and veterans have been increased.
According to the regulation amendment published in the Official Gazette, new support payments in varying amounts will be made to maritime and road public transport vehicles.
Within the scope of the regulation, the monthly support payment made to public transport vehicles operating in Ankara and Istanbul has been increased from 4,500 Turkish Lira to 6,210 Turkish Lira.
The support payment amount for vehicles operating in other metropolitan cities has been set at 4,658 Turkish Lira.
Previously, this amount was 3,375 Turkish Lira.
The support amount provided to owners of public transport vehicles in provinces that do not have metropolitan status has been updated to 3,726 Turkish Lira.
This amount aims to alleviate costs in the provinces in question.
For private maritime vehicles providing urban public transport services, the support payment has been increased from 3,375 Turkish Lira to 4,658 Turkish Lira.
