Teams from the Kırıkkale Provincial Police Department's Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branch, acting under the coordination of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, received information that green-prescription drugs were being prescribed irregularly at a public hospital.
COPIED DOCTORS' E-SIGNATURES AND PRESCRIBED 37 BOXES OF DRUGS
Investigations revealed that M.T.C., who works at the hospital, had seized the system user accounts belonging to 4 different doctors working at the same institution and prescribed a total of 37 boxes of synthetic pills subject to green prescription in the names of 8 different people.
DRUGS SEIZED IN HIS HOME
During a search of the home of M.T.C., who was apprehended in an operation, drug paraphernalia and a quantity of narcotics were found.
The suspect, who has been taken into custody, will be referred to the courthouse following processing at the police station.
