YSK announces: 38 political parties eligible to participate in elections

The Supreme Election Council (YSK) has determined that there are 38 political parties eligible to participate in elections.
In the YSK decision published in the Official Gazette, it was noted that in accordance with Law No. 298 on the Basic Provisions of Elections and Voter Registers, the terms of provincial and district election boards will end in the last week of January, and in this context, it is mandatory to determine the political parties eligible to participate in elections for the formation of these boards.
Accordingly, based on information received from the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation, it was determined that as of July 15, 2024, which is 6 months prior to January, there are 38 political parties that have established their organizations in at least half of the provinces and have held their district, provincial, and grand congresses.
The parties eligible to participate in elections, in alphabetical order, are as follows:
