Good news! December 12 dam occupancy rates have been announced

The occupancy rates of the dams supplying water to Istanbul, Turkey's most populous city, are being closely monitored. 

Due to the arid summer season, dam levels in Istanbul had dropped to around 16 percent. 

Following the recent effective rainfall, positive news has begun to arrive from the dams. According to the latest data shared by İSKİ, the dam occupancy rates in Istanbul have been announced.

The occupancy rate in the dams, as announced by İSKİ on Tuesday, December 12, was reported as 39.96 percent.
