Güllü's daughter assaulted in prison: Transferred to Silivri

The investigation into the death of the famous arabesque artist Güllü, who lost her life after falling from the sixth floor of her home in Yalova on September 26, is ongoing. Sultan Ulu, who was present in the house at the time of the incident, had claimed that Güllü was pushed by her daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter. Following these allegations, Gülter was arrested on charges of 'intentional homicide'.

According to NTV's report, it was alleged that Gülter, who was sent to Gebze Women's Prison, was subjected to violence there. Her lawyer, Merve Uçanok, learned of her client's prison transfer while in Gebze.

Gül Tut, known by her stage name Güllü, one of the well-known names of arabesque music, lost her life after falling from the window of her home in Çınarcık on September 26. The investigation launched following the incident is continuing.

LAWYERS WITHDRAW FROM THE CASE

The lawyers for Güllü's daughter, Gülter, have decided to withdraw from the case. Stating that they felt suspicious about the file, the lawyers announced, 'We have withdrawn from the case out of respect for Güllü's spiritual legacy.'

Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor Duygu Bayar Öksüz stated that the testimonies of Gülter and Ulu were contradictory. In her statement on November 6, Gülter denied the accusations, saying that she and her mother had arguments from time to time, but that her mother would get angry when she drank alcohol. She also stated that the messages she wrote about her mother were misunderstood.
