As the argument turned into a fight, M.E. opened fire with a gun on his neighbors M.Z., M.Ö., M.Z., and Ş.Z.
Medical teams determined that M.Z., M.Ö., and M.Z. had lost their lives.
Ş.Z. was taken to the hospital with injuries.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
