Gürsel Tekin, who took action following the court's appointment of a trustee and arrived in front of the CHP İstanbul Provincial Headquarters, was met with intense protests there. Tekin, who was seen being accompanied by a large number of police officers, entered the building under heavy protests after waiting outside for a while.

Tekin also evaluated the CHP Headquarters' decision to move the Provincial Headquarters building to Bahçelievler.
