In Africa, in South America, in the resolutionof conflicts, in bringing them to an end, inplays a major role. Therefore, the Doha Forum isextremely important both for bringing together the world's problems and for bringing our regional problems, primarilyPalestine and Syria, to the agenda.I am very pleased to be here.
Together with Qatar, we arereally working veryintensely formediation in the region. However, Qatar must be congratulated here. "All the questions you are asking are entirely related to the second phase of the Gaza Peace Plan. In this regard, efforts and discussions are ongoing. As you know, especially in both the PeacePlan and the United NationsSecurity Council resolution that passed, there are certainThere were four main organs and processes. The first of these, of course, in the second phase, was thehandover of administration to a committee composed of Palestinians.Hamas is ready to do that. A police forcebeing establishedto meet the police needs in Gaza.On theother hand, the implementation of the Peace Councilneeds to be implemented, and astabilization force under the PeaceCouncil needs to be established. Now, allof theseneed to beimplemented, and effortsmust continue without interruption. Of course, there are currently some difficulties on the ground. In particular, we see that Israelis committing a high number of daily ceasefire violations. It is notonly violating the ceasefire. It is also failing to keep the promisesit made, andWe see that they do not allow the aid that needs to enterto enter in the necessary quantity and manner. These are major questions. Of course, at the moment, efforts regarding the formationof a stabilization forceare currentlyunderway. Weknow that discussionsarebeingheldwith various countries. I have stated this in my previousstatements as well. TAs Turkey, we are ready to provideany kind of contribution torealize peace in Palestine;this includes sending troops to aStabilization Force. However, theattitude, approach, and consensusof the relevant parties are important. This is a matter we must consider. For now,We are following thenegotiations closely. These are all the things I have to say for now.""WE WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP

Here, of course, our biggest problem is in the regionand theongoinginstability." The impact of Israeli expansionism on Syria is the same as it is on other countries. It poses amajor risk.Apart from that, we are developing our cooperation with Syria in all areas, including economic, security, and trade, together with othercountries in the region.continue to develop. Syria has a number of problems. There areproblems that need to be overcome internally. I hope we willovercome them with the help of our brothers in the region, God willing, by working together."
