Haluk Levent has issued a statement following the allegations made against him by Sevda Kurt, who testified as part of the ongoing investigation into the Ahbap Association. In a post on his social media account, Levent denied the accusations against him and argued that the financial relationship between the parties would be verified by MASAK reports.
LEVENT'S STATEMENT REGARDING THE ALLEGATIONS
In the statement made on Haluk Levent's social media account under the title "All truths will emerge in time," it was stated that Sevda Kurt's claims of being defrauded do not reflect the truth.
Levent included the following statements in his post:
“In her testimony, Sevda Kurt claims that I defrauded her with certain promises. However, this does not reflect the truth. It is a lie. As seen in the protocol below, Sevda Kurt secured a claim of 210 million TL in a short period of time in exchange for the 90 million TL she provided and a portion of her debt. Furthermore, she lent me 3 million dollars again in 2023 and received a refund of 4.5 million dollars in a short time. MASAK reports confirm this."

WHAT DID SEVDA KURT SAY IN HER TESTIMONY?
Sevda Kurt, who was released under judicial control measures in the form of house arrest as part of the Ahbap Association investigation, had claimed in her testimony to the judgeship that Haluk Levent had promised to marry her and had taken her money during this process.
Stating that she lived in the USA for approximately 20 years and earned 4.5 million dollars there, Kurt stated that she met Haluk Levent while trying to help a family through the Ahbap Association.
Claiming that Levent called her frequently after learning about her financial situation, Kurt made the following statements:
“I am very sad. I went to America at the age of 22 and stayed there for about 20 years. Afterwards, I decided to return to Turkey. I had an income of 4.5 million there. I met Mr. Haluk as a result of a letter I wrote to Ahbap to help an elderly family here. We had a meeting with Mr. Haluk. He asked a lot of questions there. When he realized I was wealthy, he started calling every day. He invited me to dinners and his concerts. Mr. Haluk told me, ‘We will get married, we will have children.’ I didn't know he was married. I found out 2-3 days ago in the detention center. I believed him. He said, ‘If I pay off the debts, we will get married.’ I brought my money from America here. At his request, I transferred it to people I didn't know. I was under a lot of pressure at that moment. I gave him the money in dollars. After I gave the money, he would disappear. I got it back from him under difficult conditions. I gave money for the last time in March 2025. This time, he met my mother and father. They also believed him. He told me again, ‘We will get married.’ My dreams of marriage were stolen. He owes me money and hasn't paid it. I am a victim. We were going to start enforcement proceedings. A sickness came up during that period and we couldn't do it. He kept me waiting constantly. He had given me a promissory note as a guarantee. I have no relationship with Ahbap. I don't know anyone. I didn't take on any duties. I am responsible for taking care of my family."
POINTED TO MASAK REPORTS
In his latest statement, Haluk Levent stated that he did not accept Sevda Kurt's allegations, arguing that the money transfers and repayments that took place between the parties would be revealed by MASAK reports.
