EXPLANATION REGARDING BANK ACCOUNTS
In his statement regarding the money traffic conducted through bank accounts, Haluk Levent said, "I personally used Yeliz Kaya's bank accounts, and I do not have a bank account of my own."

Explaining the reason for not opening a bank account in his own name, Levent used the expressions, "Because my record is tarnished, I had to use the bank accounts of other people."
Stating that he used not only Yeliz Kaya's accounts but also the accounts of a person named Zafer Yayın, Levent said, "I used Zafer Yayın's accounts to carry out some transactions on the stock market, and I preferred Yeliz Kaya's accounts due to some of my private transactions."
DECLARATION REGARDING DOCUMENTS BELONGING TO THE ASSOCIATION
In his statement, Levent also made explanations regarding the checks and promissory notes belonging to the Ahbap Association, admitting that he used these documents as collateral in some cases and incurred high amounts of debt.
Regarding the matter, Levent used the expressions, "You can call this an irregularity, but you cannot call it corruption."
EXPLANATION REGARDING PROPERTY TRANSFER
In his statement, Haluk Levent stated that he wanted to transfer 20 properties to the Ahbap Association in exchange for 80 million TL, but the process could not be completed due to disruptions in the title deed procedures.
Levent claimed, "If the operation had taken place after these transactions were completed, there would not have been such an investigation."
