Hamza Dağ: 'We want to make İzmir as Atatürk dreamed it would be'

AKP's İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayoral Candidate Hamza Dağ stated, "Our goal is to bring İzmir into a new era. Continuing his election campaign, Hamza Dağ attended a rally held in the district by the People's Alliance Bayındır Mayoral Candidate Uğur Demirezen.

At the rally, which was attended by thousands of his fellow citizens, Hamza Dağ stated that there are only a few hours left until the election, saying, "For years, I have walked the streets of this city with love, and I have served with love.

As of April 1, we will be the servants of my brothers and sisters in Bayındır and İzmir. Our sole purpose is service. Our goal is to bring İzmir into a new era.

Our aim is to make İzmir and Bayındır as Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk dreamed they would be. It is to elevate them to the level of contemporary civilizations, in a way that befits their names and reputations," he said.

"WE WILL PREVENT POLARIZATION"

Emphasizing that he will develop and build İzmir, Hamza Dağ said, "We will put an end to petty arguments and the polarization that provides zero benefit to my fellow citizens in İzmir, and in fact, causes harm. We are coming to make İzmir a world-class city together with you.

We dream of an İzmir and a Bayındır where the streets are peaceful and safe, where young people look to the future with hope, and where no one feels marginalized. We will run toward hope together to turn this dream into reality. I promise you, I give you my word, that I will build a unique İzmir and a unique Bayındır," he said.

At the end of his speech, Hamza Dağ announced that, as a result of the work they will carry out in the corridors of Ankara together with Uğur Demirezen, they will build a new hospital in Bayındır.
