Snowfall is affecting some districts on the European side of Istanbul. Following the warnings from the MGM, snowfall has begun in the higher parts of the city. The snow, which is showing its effect intermittently on the European side, particularly in Sultangazi, Eyüpsultan, and Küçükçekmece, is continuing with increasing intensity in Arnavutköy and Başakşehir. While some areas affected by heavy precipitation have turned white, vehicles in Arnavutköy have had difficulty moving due to snow accumulation on the roads.
