Have military service locations been announced? Have the May 2024 conscription classification results been released?

Details regarding the military service preferences, classification, and dispatch procedures for reserve officer candidates, reserve non-commissioned officer candidates, and private-status conscripts to be called up in the May 2024 classification period have been shared. Following the published announcement, military service locations were released.

According to the statement made by the Ministry of National Defense (MSB) Recruitment General Directorate, military service locations were made accessible on Friday, May 3.

The following statements were used in the announcement made by the Ministry:

"The classification results for reserve officer/non-commissioned officer candidates and privates to be called up in the May/June and July 2024 periods have been announced.

You can learn the results via e-Devlet and military recruitment offices."

Private candidates will be able to learn their conscription periods and military service location information via e-Devlet.

Candidates who can access the system with their e-Devlet passwords will be able to query their military service classification results after logging in via e-Devlet using their Turkish ID number and passwords.

E-DEVLET MILITARY SERVICE LOCATION INQUIRY SCREEN

In the published announcement, it was stated: "Selection and classification results will be announced to the conscripts via e-Devlet on May 3, 2024. Classified conscripts will not be subject to the classification process again. However, among those assigned to reserve officer/non-commissioned officer candidacy, including those classified in previous classification periods, those who remain as 'bakaya' (those who fail to report for duty) without valid excuses specified in the Recruitment Law No. 7179 during their designated conscription and dispatch period will be dispatched for military service in the status of private. Those who do not receive their dispatch documents, those who do not join the class school/training centers despite receiving them, or those who join the class school/training centers outside the travel time granted to them despite receiving their dispatch documents will be subject to 'bakaya' procedures."
