Sinan Oğan, who entered the 2023 Presidential elections as the candidate of the ATA Alliance and supported AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the second round of the election, targeted CHP leader Özgür Özel during his speech at the opening of the Turkey Alliance Party's provincial headquarters in Kocaeli.

Reacting to Özel's use of the name 'Turkey Alliance,' Oğan said, "The owner of the place has returned, Özel, let us take you off the stage."

Oğan continued his remarks as follows:

"Our name is the Turkey Alliance Party. This name is one found by the members of the Turkey Alliance Party and the Turkish Nation, but recently, especially the Republican People's Party Chairman Özgür Özel has been using our party's name because they see it. It never occurred to me that the Chairman of the great CHP would use our party's name, but it happened. I would like to ask Özel, what happened to your Nation Alliance? We will not allow anyone to commit labor theft."

SHARP REACTION FROM FATİH PORTAKAL

Journalist Fatih Portakal reacted to Oğan's words.

Stating that he personally never trusts Oğan, Portakal said, "He was going to close the gates of hell. But those gates have opened again. Sinan Oğan has, of course, politically resurfaced at this moment."

Portakal's words are as follows:

"A TRULY STRANGE POLITICAL CHARACTER"

"Sinan Oğan is a truly strange political character. A political character that needs to be examined sociologically. It was obvious that he would enter politics once again. But is he a person to be trusted? No! Never! I predict that he cannot drag the masses behind him this time either, but I still don't know.

Because he really seemed finished in politics. He was going to close the gates of hell. But those gates have opened again. Sinan Oğan has, of course, politically resurfaced at this moment.

"I DO NOT TRUST HIM"

Young people, people in the nationalist wing, what do they wonder about Oğan? Do you trust him? I do not trust him. Who would follow him?

"THE TIMING IS VERY SIGNIFICANT"

But the timing is truly very significant. It is as if there is a plan. The President meeting with Meral Akşener, Sinan Oğan showing himself... Are these the implementation of a plan? Who is setting up this game? Is Erdoğan setting it up, or are others? We don't know, but it inevitably makes one ask these questions."
