Yakup Şahkulubey, the owner of the "Yakup TV" account, which has a large following on social media platforms, has been arrested as a result of an investigation launched against him. According to the information obtained, Şahkulubey is currently being held at Silivri Prison.

Taylan Özgüç Danyıldız, who has previously served time in prison and is known on social media as "Testo Taylan," stated in a post: "I had a friend check from the inside. Yakup TV is currently in Silivri, in the C17 ward."

It was reported that Yakup Şahkulubey was taken into custody on charges of "publicly insulting the memory of Atatürk" and "insulting the President," and was sent to prison after being arrested by the court following his interrogation.

The fact that no streams have been opened for approximately 20 days on the Kick platform, where Yakup TV broadcasts live, had drawn the attention of his followers. Following Şahkulubey's arrest, no posts have been made on his social media account either.
