He killed four people and hid them in a deep freezer: The killer slept with the bodies for four nights

The investigation has been completed regarding Saparmurat Hallyev (60), who murdered his girlfriend Gulkamar Hanymova (54), her daughters Leyla Geldiyarova (28) and Lachyn Geldiyarova (30), and the boyfriend of one of the daughters, Ruslan Kerimov (34), in Izmir, before dismembering their bodies into 121 pieces and placing them in a deep freezer. 

12punto has obtained the details from the indictment for the murder, which has been accepted by the Izmir 3rd High Criminal Court. 

HE LAY DOWN BEHIND RUSLAN KERIMOV AND SLEPT ON THE DAY OF THE MURDER! 

In his defense, Hallyev stated that on the day of the murder (13.06.2023), he left the house, drank alcohol, and returned home, saying, "I dragged Lachyn and brought her next to the others. I then lay down behind Ruslan and went to sleep." 

Stating that he began to think about 'how to get rid of' the 4 people the next day (14.06.2023), Hallyev began dismembering the bodies that day. He then confessed that he slept in the room where the bodies were kept after going out to drink alcohol again. 

"I SEARCHED FOR A DEEP FREEZER ALL DAY" 

Hallyev said that the idea of buying a deep freezer came to him on the 3rd day of the murder (15.06.2023), that he was asked for 7 thousand TL but could not buy it because he did not have enough money, and that he searched for a deep freezer all day but could not find one, after which he came home and went to sleep. 

On the 5th day of the murder (17.06.2023), Hallyev purchased a deep freezer and placed the bodies inside. Hallyev then went to his sister's place, where they ate together, and when his sister asked him, "Why is Gulkamar's phone turned off?" he replied, "I am going to go to her, I came to bid you farewell." 

"I AM NOT SORRY FOR WHAT I DID"

On the same day, Hallyev went to his former workplace in Çeşme and told a person named Mustafa Arslan that he had killed his wife and children. 

Hallyev, who was caught on the 8th day of the murder, ended his statement by saying, "I am not sorry for what I did."

4 AGGRAVATED LIFE SENTENCES REQUESTED

Four aggravated life sentences were requested for Hallyev for the crimes of "premeditated murder against 3 women with monstrous feeling or by causing torment" and "premeditated murder with monstrous feeling or by causing torment."

STABBED 121 TIMES 

Furthermore, according to the report by Ceyhan Torlak from Sabah newspaper, Hallyev, who stabbed the 4 people 121 times, had also confessed to installing a spyware program on Gulkamar Hanymova's phone that recorded calls without her knowledge.
